Content & Listings Policy

We’re building a safe, fair marketplace. These are the rules for content and listings.

Allowed & prohibited

• List only items you own and may legally sell.
• No illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeits, or items that infringe others’ rights.
• No hateful, harassing, or pornographic content; no doxxing or threats.
• Use accurate descriptions, pricing, and images you have the right to use.

Enforcement

We may remove content, cancel transactions, or suspend accounts for violations. Repeated or severe abuse can result in permanent bans.

Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@celestialnow.com including: (1) your contact info, (2) a description of the work, (3) the infringing URL(s), (4) a statement of good-faith belief, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized, and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We may forward notices to the uploader and remove content as required by law.

Appeals

If your content was removed in error, contact support@celestialnow.com with details.
