Eligibility & Accounts

Marketplace Rules
- List only items you have the right to sell, with accurate descriptions and pricing.
- Honor transactions you initiate. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate policies.
- Prohibited content/items include illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit items, and content that infringes IP or is abusive.
Payments & Fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize charges for purchases, fees, and applicable taxes. We may charge platform or processing fees; amounts are shown at checkout or in your dashboard.
Payouts
Sellers may receive payouts to their connected account (subject to Stripe requirements, verification, holds, reserves, and dispute outcomes).
Shipping, Risk & Disputes
Unless otherwise stated, sellers are responsible for timely shipping and providing tracking. Risk of loss transfers per the shipping terms. Disputes may be handled via Stripe’s processes or our support, and we may reverse or adjust transactions to resolve issues.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or IP infringement.
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service.
- No harassment or abusive behavior toward others.
Your Content & License
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service.

All other site materials are owned by us or licensors and may not be used without permission.
